There have been many discussions on bestfares.com and their lack of customer service.
You can do a search and come up with many threads on this subject.
For future reference, you may want to post this in the proper forum... not sure how this relates to FT community.

Hello Tishi, welcome to FlyerTalk!
The deals listed at Bestfares, you can find yourself online. I was a member for two years (to give it a good try) and just did not see the value in it, because I could always find the fare offered (and quite frequently a better fare than what was listed).
Also have to agree with Jeffy FF's statement below.

OK, a second opinion. I have never used them to book a fare....on the other hand, there is a lot of info on their sites.
They are one of the best sources for "short lived" fare sales. I check their web site nearly every day to look at the "main news desk," and scan for what they call "snooze you lose fares."
I am flying next week from Houston to LA for a little over $100 round trip. This was a sale fare I saw last fall, and booked several study getaways. The fare lasted maybe 48 hours, and then was gone.
Again, this was not a fare booked through Bestfares. I booked on the nwa.com site, but it was through Bestfares info (available to anyone) that I learned about it.
