Refundable tickets
does anyone know if full Y fare and F tickets are refundable after a boarding pass is issued? are the refunds that unlimited? or does this vary by airilne? any insight would be greatly appreciated.

It gets tricky if you board the plane and then want to get off and get a refund. If you get a boarding pass but don't hand it to the gate agent, a refund is no problem.

If you have already gotten your boarding pass and then want a refund, you should definitely ask for the refund before you leave the airport. If you still have the flight coupon itself, it isn't so criticial, but if you have surrendered the flight coupon or if you have an e-ticket, you really need to do it as soon as possible.
