dominick, here is a link to the requirements for Foreign Entry Requirements. If you are a Canadian citizen, you will have to find the equivalent info. However, in my travels in SE Asia (where I am right now), I have the impression that the visa requirements are generally similar for Canadians and Americans. For example, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Burma require visas for Americans, where Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, for example, do not. All countries here require a passport with, in general, some validity remaining (typically around 6 months) before expiration.

I too usually use the link in the second message, though I always check with the country I am visiting to see if they have any information on their site, assuming they will have the final say, not a page maintained by the state department. The state department page, though, has always been accurate to the places I have gone.

Try these sites:
http://www.embassyworld.com/Visa_Sea...sa_Search.html (Searches the IATA database, but seems to be down at the moment?)
http://www.travelpaperwork.com (Very good)
http://www.traveldocs.com (Geared to US citizens, but they often have the forms for download)
