Why not become one of the travel industry's anonymous travelers that rates and gives feedback to individual airlines and their partners/hotels?

Oil ! Exploration/Production gets you all over the globe till you're sick off it. Try one of the service companies; Schlumberger and Halliburton. Computer consultants always needed.

This sounds great - how does one find such a position? (I'd bet a sizable proportion of the members here would be interested!)

I'm on the Internet start-up bandwagon too now. With the Internet booming all over the world, there's loads of travelin to do.

But my personal friends all swear I'm a spook when they hear my intinerary.

RE: Viking's and Violist's messages

Being simi-retired and semi-bored I would be very interested in finding out how one becomes a "tester" for an airline. Does anyone out there know?

Thanks

Hi all. I just wanted to update the group on what happened to me regarding this topic.

I've taken a postion as a Sales Engineer (not a salesman, thankfully, and still a fairly technical role) for a software company in the Seattle area. Initially, it will involve travelling around the western US, with occasional trips back East and internationally. For those who are interested, the company called me after seeing my resume on monster.com.

Thanks for all your help!

Jon
