Would you like the usual?
Now I know I have gone over the edge. This morning as I sat on the plane from SEA/PDX the FA came up and asked, "Would you like the usual?" "What, what?" I ask as I roused myself out of my book. She replied, "Would you like your usual orange juice with no ice and sparkling water?"

You've been flying the same route too much, for sure!
I don't think the same thing has happened to me on an airline, however I have dozens of bartenders in scattered cities around the world that know my usual.
Rudi probably has me beat in that category though.
