Now I know I have gone over the edge. This morning as I sat on the plane from SEA/PDX the FA came up and asked, "Would you like the usual?" "What, what?" I ask as I roused myself out of my book. She replied, "Would you like your usual orange juice with no ice and sparkling water?"

I don't think the same thing has happened to me on an airline, however I have dozens of bartenders in scattered cities around the world that know my usual. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/wink.gif
