I just got this reponse from FlyerTalk.

It is getting a bit annoying.

seawolf,
On those rare occasions that I have received that particular notice, I have checked and found that my post has already gone through. It appears that maybe the Submit Reply button has a hair trigger. I believe it is picking up that we have already posted once and are trying to, immediately, post again.
I think we probably just type too fast.

I think it will be good for eliminating unintentional double postings and "flood" postings. I have had it happen to me but it is accessible within seconds. After all, by the time you make one post and go to a new thread and read, you usually will take up a half a minute or more.
