Priority pass is offered worldwide under two schemes: general unlimited higher-priced pass (in the US $295/year), or basic membership (in the US $ 95) + fee per visit.
Even with the 'unlimited' pass you are charged the per-visit fee for guests accompanying you.

Being a KLM Royalwing cardholder ( KLM's highest elite )I have free and complimentary access to any KLM/ NW/ AZ lounge anywherre in the world at any time ( no matter who i fly )
There are siome advantages to being an European elite member, at times, but mostly it would be better to be a US elite !
