Just curious, I know we all use whatever means possible to secure affordable and consistent travel plans. I have used HotelsOnline many times to get a cheap hotel room. This past week I booked a Hilton stay with them. Later I decided that my reservation through my airline site was satisfactory and went back to cancel the reservation. I couldn't find the hotel listed anymore. Then today, I went again to the site, but I couldn't find it, link missing or not available. I called Hilton to make sure I had only 1 reservation, because I had not been able to cancel the other one. They only showed on reservation record. Just curious if anybody is aware of HotelsOnline status?
Thanks

If I understand correctly, you made duplicate reservations -- same hotel, same dates -- through two different websites, one of which was hotelsonline.com.
Perhaps the duplication was noticed by the hotel and one of the reservations was deleted by them as an error?
