What's the Busiest Airport in Your Home Country You've Never Flow Into or Out Of?
This is an offshoot of the thread about transit-only airports. I'll expand it to allow other countries in addition to the US, but I'm not going to go find airport rankings for all the world's countries! You can use this one for the US, for others you're on your own.

(I realize some ranks may change from year to year, so just go with whatever it says when you do this.)
In my case, the first one on the list that I've never visited for any reason is #10, Miami (MIA). I have an aversion to the State of Florida (weather-related -- too hot and humid!) but I have had occasional meetings there (FLL and JAX) and relatives in the Tampa Bay area. No reason ever to go to Miami, though.

Shockingly, CLT. I say that because I am exclusive to oneworld and virtually all of that in on AA. (I do make an effort to avoid CLT, and I guess it's worked!)
Other than that, in the top 25, I have missed MCO, SEA, SFO, and SLC.

I’ve been through all of the listed “Large Hubs”; among the “Medium Hubs” the only one I haven’t yet visited is # 43 (RSW)
there was a similar thread ~10 years ago where the list included Sanford/ SFB, which is another one that’s missing from my log

Of the larger/busiest I have never flown into or out of LaGuardia or Dulles. Which given there are two other major airports in the greater area of each it is not really that surprising.

Of the 25 busiest airports in the US, as ranked in 2024, I have never flown to or from Orlando, #9, Fort Lauderdale, #18, LaGuardia Airport, #19, Detroit, #20, and San Diego, #25.

On that list, #20 - DTW - I have never transited through it nor visited Detroit. The only other on the Large Hubs list I havent been to is BWI.

Of the Wikipedia page's sixty-three airports listed in large and medium hub, I am missing #'s 51, 57, and 59 (PBI, CHS, ANC).

MCO
Have been tempted to scratch that one off the list by taking up UA on one of their imaginative 2-stop award routings Ive occasionally seen through there to an east coast destination, but since I wouldnt get any Million Miler credit on award travel Ive opted for other routings.
