I’m not saying they haven’t, but I am saying that it’s still going to be easier to treat the phobia than to try to find a place with no birds. Theraphy for phobias is quite well-established and generally successful. Trying to avoid ever seeing a bird, short of staying indoors in windowless rooms 100% of the time, is going to be much harder.

My sister in law has a bird phobia. I used to think that I had some major fears/phobias - and I do - but we manage them in completely different ways. I simply try to avoid the thing I fear. She literally freaks out. The difference is marked.

I can't think of a beach locale without a lot of birds, but perhaps an artificial beach might work better? (Like - something created indoors?) But as far as birds go, I'd think go inland in colder weather. I wish I could think of a better suggestion, but if the OP runs across one, I hope he shares.

Airports usually do a good job of shooing away birds on runways.
I dunno about near the gates.

Here's a hotel pool in Punta Cana.
I know this is a little odd for a destination, but it does check the boxes.

• Sun destination
• Pool
• Hopefully an active bird determent system

I go to Las Vegas often, I can't remember seeing birds on the strip (where all the new casinos are).
I can understand having a fear of birds and sympathize. Even though I don't have a fear of birds, I was visiting someone in White Plains, NY recently, lots of birds were flying too close for comfort--I thought they were perhaps filming a sequel to Alfred Hitchcocks movie The Birds....I was slightly frightened.

How about an indoor water park resort?

I haven't been there, but I've read good things about https://www.tropical-islands.de/en/

Email and ask if they have birds.

Note, though, that you will often see birds, at a distance, following the water churned up along the sides of the ship. Certain ports may have birds walking around.
My last cruise had a lot of seagulls stealing food off of plates on the deck outside, so I’d say your idea is for the birds,

Vegas pools mostly close for the winter. I think Caesar’s May be open all year but that’s about it. Has the OP considered renting a house in Florida with a covered pool area, most of them have screens around the pools so birds can’t get in.
