Is there a maximum number of passengers per lavatory ratio mandated by the FAA or equivalent international agency? The ratio on that AC 777HD seems almost inhumane.

The only such regulation I'm aware of is that some authorities (including the FAA) require wide-body aircraft to have an ADA-compliant lav available.
