20 Reasons Why Sailors Are The Best People To Travel With
As I approach 21 years of service in the Navy and begin my 10th year as a frequent traveler, this seemed appropriate to share. Of course, there's still some irony in my not drinking alcohol.

I can pack light...but often choose not to. 
As much as possible! Although some places are just worth seeing!
I fixed my suitcase (had to ask VS staff for a screwdriver) in the middle of LHR when I flew home at Christmas! I did not want to pay 17GPB to have my bag wrapped...just fixed the handle myself.

1. Sailors are used to packing light.
5. They will show you how to avoid tourist traps.
8. Sailors can fix most anything.
