How much would you pay for Priority Pass?

How much would you pay for a membership to Priority Pass? The one where you get all lounge access for free?

I am able to get membership from an online travel agency for $60. (Actually, it is the cost for the top tier for that boutique agency, which comes with Priority Pass.)

Would you do it?

I already have lounge access at all Star Alliance gold lounges when flying Star Alliance, and all OneWorld and all Skyteam lounges when flying internationally. I don't often fly Skyteam, and while I do fly OneWorld domestically, I'm not even sure my frequent airports have a Priority Pass lounge.

Thoughts?

The is no "Priority Pass" lounges, they simply allow you access into an established lounge such as AA, United, etc. Beware, the card does not provide free access into any lounge, you must still make a co-pay for each lounge ($25 IIRC), and you have a time limit of how long you may stay there.

If you already have airline club memberships, then I don't see the point. Others here on FT may have a better insight to this scenario than I.

...
I wouldn't pay any amount if the airports I frequent didn't have a lounge I'd use.

I used to use Priority Pass and found it very useful. Used to pay around 250 for unlimited visits a year and in my last 2 years paid around 150 a year which allowed 10 visits. I would say it depends on your travel needs and would strongly suggest researching it first. Priority Pass gives access to over 600 lounges worldwide and they can be found on the site. I no longer use it now, due to changes in flying requirements and current BAEC status. That said $60 sounds like good value if you can use it.

Wrong. The basic version of nonSelect PP does charge per visit, but there are other memberships that give ten free visits per year or unlimited visits with no additional charges (other than special fees charged by the lounge, such as for phone and fax, sometimes for F&B, etc.).

If it's a full nonSelect unlimited free visits membership (whatever that one is called by PP), it would allow one to use UA lounges whenever and wherever, not just as UA *Gold with an international flight and not just when flying UA/CO or *A, assuming that the airport security setup allows you to get to the lounge door.

If you already have lounge access why would you bother.

Because op might fly one day with a non-alliance airline or with OW domestically.
Personally, I would check which lounges PP uses on your home airports. Then try to estimate how often you will fly with OW domestically and/or other airlines. IMHO, the $60 is after 6 entrys worthwhile.

Sounds like a pretty good benefit for $60. Care to share a link?
