I am able to get membership from an online travel agency for $60. (Actually, it is the cost for the top tier for that boutique agency, which comes with Priority Pass.)

Would you do it?

I already have lounge access at all Star Alliance gold lounges when flying Star Alliance, and all OneWorld and all Skyteam lounges when flying internationally. I don't often fly Skyteam, and while I do fly OneWorld domestically, I'm not even sure my frequent airports have a Priority Pass lounge.

Thoughts?

The is no "Priority Pass" lounges, they simply allow you access into an established lounge such as AA, United, etc. Beware, the card does not provide free access into any lounge, you must still make a co-pay for each lounge ($25 IIRC), and you have a time limit of how long you may stay there.

If you already have airline club memberships, then I don't see the point. Others here on FT may have a better insight to this scenario than I.
