And to the previous reply, I've asked and been told that I will get both boarding passes for both flight at Heathrow so it should be fine.
That definitely means Fast Track isn't for me.
Thanks!!

Hi there! I am like you. I always use a travel agent for my fares. I hunt the best price, flight times etc and then see what my travel agent comes up with. I always get them to price match. I was able to get an internal business airfare with Vietnam Airlines for over half the price that my agent could get so I booked it myself. I am really nervous about it! I am sure I have made an error and even rang Vietnam Airlines to check all was ok. I told my travel agent I like them booking it so when something goes wrong I have someone to blame!

I trust my travel agent more than myself when booking anything but this time I had to book through them online as they were the cheapest and only did online bookings. My flight is in less than a month and I'm nervous about it too... I've called and e-mailed the airline and agents so many times, they've become aware of who I am! Which is kind of a good thing?
I'm much more confident and reassured after asking my questions here and getting great answers!

Baggage Allowance for TA Economy International Flights
Hi again!
Just checked our e-ticket documents and it says next to each passenger a baggage allowance of 30kg, however, as discussed here before, the TA website says its 20kg per passenger for international economy flights.
Confused yet once again.

Are you sure you are looking at e-ticket and not just the travel agents confirmation? The TA may not have put the correct information.
What is your exact itinerary? Are they only Turkish flights?

I cannot find the UK phone number for general enquiries through their website.
I am only travelling by Turkish Airline. It is the reservation document and invoice that I received through the travel agency.
What do you mean by itinerary?
I have been calling TA but all the numbers I have found have taken me either to the wrong area of question or just not gone through. Beforehand, when I have called, they were very vague in answering some questions and before I could ask anymore they had rushed to hang up.

I had assumed previously that you were using a travel agent you actually knew and had used before, but I take it you just booked through the likes of Expedia/Orbitz? They aren't really a traditional TA and will not provide much in the way of customer service or support.
Go by what the airline states for luggage.
You should have received an E-ticket with an e-ticket number for each passenger. If you have the booking reference you can open the booking in www.checkmytrip.com and it should list the status of the booking as "ticketed" rather than just "confirmed". You will need to ensure your booking is ticketed otherwise you will not travel.
