Just checked our e-ticket documents and it says next to each passenger a baggage allowance of 30kg, however, as discussed here before, the TA website says its 20kg per passenger for international economy flights.
Confused yet once again.
why aren't you calling TA to get clarification? that's what i would do.
and i would call twice in verify that i'm getting consistent information.
