Finnair Case Study
Hi there 
I wondered if anyone could help me - I'm doing some research for a university project case study...I chose to look at the psychology of the business traveller and the reputation of airlines and until now....have come up reaaaally short! haha..(my dad's work buddies only go so far!) Until I stumbled across your fantastic and passionate community!
I hope it's okay to write this here, and if any of you have any time at all I wrote a short surveymonkey to get some first hand research.

I wasn't sure where to post this....or if it was in fact okay to do so! (I may have panicked once I posted it that it wasn't allowed! haha)
Maybe there should be a survey forum Jer! You never know, the information I get may just be critical to the future of business travel...maybe...haha
