I wondered if anyone could help me - I'm doing some research for a university project case study...I chose to look at the psychology of the business traveller and the reputation of airlines and until now....have come up reaaaally short! haha..(my dad's work buddies only go so far!) Until I stumbled across your fantastic and passionate community!
