I'm getting the Westjet options on AA's website. I don't know why you aren't. In fact, if you choose the search all carriers option, it even offers you options on Delta or United out of YQB (connecting to AA flights).

They are mostly downtown. However there is a rumour that they might be part of the new super-foodcourt at T1.

I'd also recommend YYZ, with one small caveat (which is null if you have Nexus/Global Entry):
CBP agents in YYZ are some of the most unpleasant and, um, "thourough" in the system. I used to get secondaried there more than just about every other post in the U.S. combined.
