USAir Las Vegas tried to lose my bag
I was boarding a plane today in LAS. I use to be Chairman with USAir but don't use them much any more. Guy at gate (who answered everyone's "how are you" with "broke" very rudely told me I have no status and to get out of the Member VIP line. I went to the desk and asked the agent to please let someone know how rude this guy is. He also got into it with another member just after our little exchange. Well guess what happened? She tagged my bag to the wrong airport. Call me crazy but I complain and they tag my gag to DCA when I an going to CLT. Has this happened to anyone else? Maybe also in LAS?
