tap-in for Picture #7 (which, as YVR Cockroach pointed out, has "copyright Air New Zealand" at lower left) -- Douglas DC-8

This is inspiration to me but I have a different answer.
Delta Air Lines, Convair 880
The ventilation slots above the windows is a Convair 880/990 clue. The flight attendant in the background and the white plastic molded seats with the red cushions is a hint for me. Delta.

The uniform is from 1959-1965

Per strikerj: This one looks like a Swissair Convair 990 to me.

Nice try, striker, you were very close, but this one goes to toshbaf. And you, Mr. T - how the heck did you know all this stuff? Were you a Convair engineer or a Delta Colonel back in the day? Well, however you arrived at it, good job, Mon! Delta's 880 it is. ^^ If I might add... those people don't look very Swiss to me. No particular reason, just gut instinct...

I don’t think Air NZ ever operated a Stretch 8, so it has to be the -30 or -50 since those were the only standard-length 8s with the legs to make AKL-HNL-LAX ... I’d guess the -50 with JT3D-3B turbofans
UPDATE:
some research confirms this

Right on, J ^ Even so, I'd love to have seen an Air New Zealand DC-8-61/63 in the 1970s koru colors. That would've been a pretty airplane

TWA Boeing 707
My thought process was this is a 707. Then, like the last answer, I looked at the uniform. It is a pornographic version of the TWA uniform. In reality, it was worn not unbuttoned at the bottom and showing leg. Usually, trousers were worn underneath.

Thought process: Those people didn't look Swiss to me. So Google helped with the rest. I confirmed that the interior was either a 880 or 990. Then I thought about what airlines flew the plane. Next I thought what airline would use a checker divider but couldn't think of any. Then I looked at flight attendants uniforms. That was the key. Then I googled seating on a Delta Convair 880 and saw that they had a lounge with white plastic seats and red cushions.

As to the "pornographic" uniform, I suppose I would grant you that the airlines played the sex appeal card quite strongly during the 1970s, but I don't think I would consider the hot pants popular with airlines like PSA, Air Florida, Southwest et al. pornographic so much as alluring, and then certainly no more so than a woman wearing a bikini which by the 1970s was considered quite socially acceptable. One thing's for sure - I definitely wouldn't want to see any of the plus sized / aged flight attendants today wearing anything other than the buttoned up uniforms currently in vogue.

I am reasonably sure the Convair 880 aircraft were gone from the Northeast fleet when the merger was consummated with Delta in 1972. DL did acquire NE B727-95 and B727-295 aircraft which were new to the Delta fleet at time and I think NE DC-9-31 aircraft were acquired as well as part of the merger. I remember seeing a B727-100 in Northeast colors with Delta titles at IAH in the early 70's. And DL also briefly operated NE Fairchild Hiller FH-227 turboprops following the merger.
