What's going on with TopGuest?
Are they still in business? My wife did some check-ins which did not post. She wrote an e-mail and their support corrected the situation after a lengthy wait. My last seven or so check-ins never made it. No reply to my e-mails at all. They used to be more responsive in the past.
Anyone has any idea or has had similar experience lately?

While that may be true, people have been abusing their service for awhile and they have known about it all along. Nothing new there. In my case they failed to process check-ins that were actually made from inside a participating property, which is perfectly compliant with their rules.

I was having trouble with getting points and thought it may have had something to do with my phone upgrading to ios5 (not a techie so forgive me if that's impossible). Anyway, I thought I'd delete and reinstall the app. Now I can't find the top guest app in the App Store. ???
