What's going on with TopGuest?
 

Are they still in business? My wife did some check-ins which did not post. She wrote an e-mail and their support corrected the situation after a lengthy wait. My last seven or so check-ins never made it. No reply to my e-mails at all. They used to be more responsive in the past.

Anyone has any idea or has had similar experience lately?

same here, since september not a single check inn posted to my account:(

My last successful check-in was on October 27.

I just had all of my October checkins post on Oct 27 & 28

Apparently they are still there. I just received their reply and missing credits.

They caught on that not everyone is playing along the way they were intended to!

While that may be true, people have been abusing their service for awhile and they have known about it all along. Nothing new there. In my case they failed to process check-ins that were actually made from inside a participating property, which is perfectly compliant with their rules.

Guess the gravy boat might be gone or is it train ...

All my check-ins were posted on the day it was checked.

Last check in was last sunday and the points came in last sunday too.

All credits are posted on the same day for me - usually within a minute. Last check-in was today.

I was having trouble with getting points and thought it may have had something to do with my phone upgrading to ios5 (not a techie so forgive me if that's impossible). Anyway, I thought I'd delete and reinstall the app. Now I can't find the top guest app in the App Store. ???
