Baggage Fees
When airlines (let's say AA or BA) waive baggage fees if you have their credit card, does the ticket need to be purchased with that card? If you are using miles, can you get the waived fee simply by being a cardholder?

Paying for the ticket with your credit card just gives you the convenience of having your extra bag automatically waived. Otherwise you must show the card.. or so i hear.
