Anyone know the story behind this? When and where did it happen?

I don't know the story, but I am going to guess that the plane hit the jetway. Jetways don't move fast enough to cause that much damage if the reverse happened.

The aircraft may not have been properly secured, or they may not have stopped in time when taxiing up to it.

The plane was coming off a maintenance check. While being taxied to the gate, the mechanics lost control of the plane and it crashed into the jetbridge.
