+1 on that. The guest room floors make good indoor running tracks in bad weather, with just the two sharp turns at the ends.
I also like the LHR Hilton, in part for its well-equipped fitness center. (They sell memberships to locals and get quite a few takers, so it has to be competitive with other gyms west of London.)
