Great, I will; but please complete new routing rules implementation first! I understand you have limited programming resources.

same here... but I usually don't have that many tabs open...

I wonder if paid users can do that? I have been using the 5-day trials for about a year. (but only used every couple of weeks)

EF returns an error if I specify SU as a preferred carrier (no flights at all), however, it returns several SU flights (and many others) if a carrier is not specified.

What could be the reason for that?

This has now been fixed. The issue was that the D9 metal code share flights that show up when you specify SU as the airline aren't returning availability class information and that screwed things up on our end.

Noted. When we next update our back end architecture, we will make changes to allow this. The free trial is just a 5-day term for our Premium service.

No, paid users can't refine a query from a different tab, nor an old query (once the logout timer fires). Not even premium users can do this now.

Yay! This will make a huge difference in my ability to make full use of EF! I am very happy to hear this. :D^

Did I mention how much I'm looking forward to this?

That's interesting that you want EF to make improvements, but aren't willing to pay for the service.

No, it's not something we do often. When we do it, we'll announce it.

How is this possible? As a paying premium member, I feel cheated; I should switch to your business model. :)

Ummm... wow... just wow... that is seriously lame and I probably wouldn't have admitted that on a public forum.

These guys provide a great product for a fair price; if you find it useful (and obviously you do) consider paying for it like the rest of us.

Regards

LOL

I like how he plays it really cool and as a matter-of-factly. Then he goes on to justify it by saying he does it every couple of weeks.

I am continually surprised at the low ethical standards of some people. I doubt the folks at ExpertFlyer are raking in millions. Anyone who can afford several hundred dollars for a ticket can afford another ten bucks for a one-month subscription.

I am not, however, surprised that this user was suspended. I don't know why and am not asking here, but I've seen several of his (guessing that this is the correct pronoun) other posts. One was about running the shower all night in a Las Vegas hotel room (in a desert) to improve humidity. Another was about beating radar traps in Switzerland. I don't recall any that made meaningful contributions to, or asked meaningful questions about, travel or FF/FG programs. I smell a troll, Maybe, just maybe, this post was a troll too.

Seat Map

Looks like the whining crowd got their way and the little people icon is gone from the seat map:

I still think the blue should be slightly faded to make the available seats stand out more, but this is a HUGE improvement and is MUCH better on the eyes.
