"Debugging tip"
 
I'm using the USA Today version and am happy with it, way better than deskport, and just as good as the old standalone version.

If you're haivng trouble with a single account, be sure to click the "auto navigate" option for the non updating account. The window that opens can tell a lot - Like if the website was updated or if there's an issue with your account.

For example, NWA was working fine for me and all of the sudden quit. I "auto navigated" it and lo and behold, NWA decided to ask for a 'challenge question' to be updated on my account. I updated it and MileTracker started working again.

If there's nothing obvious with log in, you just need to wait for MT to patch their Hyatt module to catch up with the changes that Hyatt made (I'm not a Hyatt member, so can't help you on that one).

Thanks for the tip. It did worked with NW however Mypoints still showing 0 balance.

BAA Worldpoints
Hyatt Gold Passport
MyPoints

MyPoints hasn't worked in days and days and days.

I would repeat my plaint: Give us a version that we can pay for and that is updated regularly.

It's a great program. I'd pay actual money to use it.

MyPoints continues to show zero, Alaska Airlines hasn't worked in days and days, and neither has Best Western.

After yesterday's update, it's working much better -- although MyPoints still shows a zero balance.

E-Rewards hasn't been working for me since their site update (naturally)
