I just installed the web version (having tried MilePort and Mile Tracker) and the web version does work better.

If you go to their website you can sign up to the web version using the same settings.

They have not abandoned the program but they are changing to a web application. I did not see lot of improvements, though.

Thanks for posting the link. It works fine, but still some "problems/errors": Lufthansa, LAN, BMI

Is anybody concerned using the web-based software that you could give a third party (hacker) all of your frequent flyer miles?

It doesn't appear to be secure...

Thoughts or suggestions?

And with MyPoints and Alaska and ANA and Citi Thank You Network.

My problem with Miletracker seems different than what is reported on the last several pages. Most of my programs work, but each time I click "update", some update and some don't. When I click again, I get a different mix. Unless I carefully keep track of the N/A's, I don't know if everything is updated.

Based on this thread, I've just installed Mileport, and the problem is the same.

I've removed by least frequently used accounts and put them in ACRUW, but I don't want to do that for my larger accounts.

Just curious if anyone has solutions to similar issues.

I finally migrated to the web based version of MileTracker this summer. It was wonderful to have it retrieving all my mileage balances except ANA. One by one, the programs are tumbling. It no longer retrieves:
  • American Airlines
  • ANA
  • bmi
  • US
  • Virgin Atlantic

I am now using my Bank of America account to track miles/points, and I even tried a trial membership of the paid service related to FT. However, the one thing I still like about MileTracker is how it shows changes from the last time I checked - allows me to track additions and subtractions I might have overlooked.

No AA, CO or DL renders Miletracker almost useless for me. As many have said before, I would gladly pay for Miletracker if only it worked!

Agree! I just sent them an email. :(

I got CO to work again on the MileTracker application (non web-based) by clicking on Navigate and entering the newly-requested information, but that didn't work on AA, DL or US Air.

NW hasn't worked in awhile, but that's not important since it's now a part of DL.

Still no response. Sad.

I got so frustrated with miletracker that I switched to awardwallet.

I receive emails back the same day from tech support and it does show much for information.

You also have a choice of storing your passwords on web or local PC.

Looks like they just fixed AA.
