Still no fix for BMI, go!, or Thank You points.

And now Alaska doesn't work either.

BMI, go! miles and Thank You Network don't work.

jimbob, I'd pay $30 -- even $50 -- a year for a program that consistently worked and was updated in a timely way (the BMI problem was reported at least back in December!). Surely a handful of FTers paying for a premium product would make more money than the ad-spawns that ....... keeps me from seeing anyway.

Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan
Avis Rent A Car
Choice Privileges
Radisson Gold Points
Air Miles
Citi ThankYou Network

each of these programs work when i hit navigate, however when i retrieve all accounts I get the 'Can not determine'...

Basically the airlines changes their pages and it takes a bit of time before they do the update to correct them.

cblaisd Jun 17, 2008 10:42 pm

Yes, they do, but BMI hasn't worked in half a year, and hasn't changed its login in many months.

I like Miletracker, but lately I have too many programs not working. I also would gladly pay for a version that works better. Currently, the following are down:

Amtrak
Choice
Continental
Delta
Lan Chile
Mexicana

Now that >50% of my programs do NOT work and the program does not run on MacOS I am reluctantly abandoning miletracker. :(

Please send us all a PM when USAT decides to update it (or someone creates a better one) :)

iI emailed Miletracker about non-working programs and received the following response:
Hi Bob,

I'm sorry that so many of your programs aren't retrieving right now in MileTracker! I can assure you that we are working on a major upgrade and should have most or hopefully all of these programs retrieving again soon. Of those you listed, I know that Amtrak, Choice, and Continental are high priorities. Of course, we'll do our best to also fix LAN PASS and Mexicana with this next upgrade. Until all of your programs are retrieving like they should, I'm sorry for the delay and continued inconvenience.

The good news is that you should be able to get your Delta account to retrieve right now. Please manually log into your account via Delta's website or simply click on the "Navigate" link next to Delta on the "View my accounts" page. A browser will open, directing you to Delta's login webpage. Your login information should be entered in the appropriate fields and you should be automatically logged in.

Now, upon logging in, you should be prompted to enter a couple of security questions and answers. Once you have this set up, your Delta balance should resume retrieving in MileTracker. If it doesn't, please let me know.

While we are working on a major upgrade for the MileTracker application, I wanted to let you know that we are also creating a web-based mileage tracker. This is why we have not done the best job in updating programs lately. We hope to have the web-based version ready in the next few weeks. At that point in time, you should see a dramatic improvement in our ability to keep programs retrieving like they should.

Thank you for your patience and for your continued support.

An update has been released!
After the auto-upgrade, Choice, Amtrak, Continental, and BMI are working for me again. ^

SanDiego1K Jul 13, 2008 2:23 pm

As well as Alaska and BAA.

Small things like this make me so happy.

Schutzee Jul 13, 2008 2:28 pm

Very happy to see the upgrade. It fixed all except Lan Pass Chile which now reads 5 miles instead of 5,000 miles. Not an issue for me.

dmitri Jul 14, 2008 8:55 am

ThankYou Network still not working for me :(

ig88d Jul 16, 2008 2:40 pm

update since upgrade

Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan (fixed)
Avis Rent A Car (Balance N/A - i don't think avis is capable of working)
Choice Privileges (fixed)
Radisson Gold Points (fixed)
Air Miles (still Can not determine...)
Citi ThankYou Network (still Can not determine...)
Discover Card (added new and Can not determine...)

a few things have been fixed since the upgrade but no all:D

tasnam Jul 18, 2008 9:53 pm

I noticed no-one mentioned Flying Blue (Air France) as not working.

Am I the only one?

It says "invalid login". But i have checked and rechecked my account number and password dozens of times and it is accurate.
(They also work direcly at the website)

Thoughts? Just me?

ig88d Jul 19, 2008 8:12 am

i don't have klm, but the one's that don't work for me, i have rechecked a hundred times and the links and passwords and they are accurate too, they just don't update. and say can not determine.

Same here. BTW, those are kilometers.

... and we have to watch the expiration date:

Kilometers expiration date 31/12/2009
Any idea how to extend the expiration date without flying?
