Students looking for Travel advice regarding Time Shifter

Hello y'all, we're a group of students at Rice University involved in an entrepreneurship program. We are looking for feedback/opinions/thoughts on people's experience with Time Shifter, or other ways they fight jet lag. Positives and negatives of your solution would be ideal.
