Yodlee issues?

Yodlee hasn't been reporting any mile balances for any of our FF accounts for the past 24 hours or so. Are others noting the same? The only "contact us" link takes me to my interface bank (Chase), but I don't want to bother them if the problem is a more universal one. TIA

Found this on FW:

UPDATE: Yodlee has launched a consumer forum for Q&A and discussions. Please send your Q&A there, as it is much easier for us to manage and interact with you in a structured way. Also, we can have more staff from Yodlee assisting and helping to resolve issues and answer questions: Yodlee's Forums

Yodlee is accurately showing our balances for: AA, BA, DL, VS; HH, SPG; Hertz and a half-dozen types of credit card reward points. The only account malfunctioning is BAA Worldpoints, the shopping program for LHR and several other British airports.

I have experienced indifferent results reporting problems on their forum.

When your FF website makes changes it takes Yodlee a couple of days to catch up. But, it extends beyond a few days it's time to log into your account, click on the Customer Care tab, select Submit Service Request. A tech will email back to you within 2 business days that he/she is working on your specific problem. Its amazing what Yodlee can do. It is also very complex.

I'm using Chase Online Plus, and all of our 40+ frequent flyer accounts (including AA, BA, CO, DL, US, UA, Hyatt, Marriott, Diners, Thank You, Amtrak, etc. etc. etc.) are showing "No mileage information is available from this account", and has been showing this for 48 hours now. [I've checked Award Wallet and none of the accounts have been hacked/looted.] Where do you see a "Customer Care" tab? I've written a note to Chase, but I'm nearly certain that this must be Yodlee issue.

Is no-one else having this issue????

None of my airline or hotel accounts are reporting, however all of the credit card accounts are reporting correctly.

Four tabs at the top, last one on the right.

Have you gone online at Chase to check your accounts? I do not know what "Online Plus" is. If everything is fine at Chase? If it is, submit a service request at Yodlee.

Check your "source" websites first.

Fidelity Full View, powered by Yodlee, is fine, except for Hyatt, as of right now.
