It defaults to 12. Set it to a low number for less or 0 for none. However at 0 you won't get AutoComplete like in FF2, so I'd set it to be 1.
I was looking around for a solution to this and couldn't find one

I followed your instructions and my problem was solved

much appreciated

The Google Image Re-Linker is an extension I use even more than the tinyurl creator (which I was able to successfully force).

But even after forcing the Re-Linker to install, it doesn't work. Amazing how much I miss it and how much time it saved when hunting for an image for a certain theme or idea.

This: http://shiftingpixel.com/lightbox/

works perfectly. You'll need to follow the instructions (install GreaseMonkey) and then the plugin itself. Makes Google images much much better.

Has anyone else noticed the spell checked on the Google Toolbar is broken? The latest-greatest version installed when I did the FF update.

It checks spelling in text entry boxes on web pages, just like this one I'm tying into. Mine won't turn off after doing the check, and the red or green words stay red or green. The only way to clear the red/green is to copy the text, paste into a non-rtf app like NotePad, and paste back into the text entry box.

And I see the Help button doesn't work in the Toolbar Options screen. Was looking for the version, but couldn't get to it.

It's a known issue now, and the developer is looking at it.

Keep your eye on this:

Install Customize Google from https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/743 and you can set this option under images. And lots of other useful things - I for example love streaming search results.

Thanks for reminding me to check. It is a good idea to check this every once in a while. I just saw two Microsoft DRM plugins! I'm running XP and I thought those were only for Vista.

(evil) DRM has been around since long before Vista, and is tied more to Windows Media Player than the operating system.

I've got the same (on XP). Can they be deleted?

Thanks!

Nah you should leave it there. On my browser I have, for example:

Microsoft® DRM

File name: npwmsdrm.dll
DRM Store Netscape Plugin

I believe it's used for embedded Windows Media Content on webpages, so you might need it.

Maybe it doesn't have DRM then. If you had to obtain a license (not just a valid login to the site) then it was using DRM.

Another improvement is that FF3.0 remembers if you have re-sized the text size on a particular page. Even better, it renders sites with fill-in areas (such as aa.com) in a much better way than did FF2.x - it keeps the proportions (spacing, etc) of the original page intact, and doesn't allow the enlarged text to bleed into the fill-in form area.

This is a boon to those of us who are age 40+ and have reached the reading glasses stage
