Well the quality of the products are getting lower and lower. The top bar (the one that says the model number) fell off of my Latitude D600. My friend, who has an Inspiron 640m got his computer with a Chinese Windows XP Home edition when he ordered one with the English Media Centre Edition. Also, my dad manages a software company and they mainly used Dells but over half the new laptops that arrived from Dell had a problem which made them disfunctional. Now they're using HPs and ThinkPads. The desktops/servers are fine though...
