SkypeIn forwarded to foreign Cell phone?

SkypeIn forwarded to foreign Cell phone?
Ok, here is what I want to do. I am trying to save some money. I currently use a US cell phone in Korea. The charges can get quite high. I would like to get a US (SFO) SkypeIn number and have it ring my Skype account. If I don't answer through Skype I want it to forward to my local Korean cell phone.
Is this possible?

I dont use Skype but I do a similar thing with my cell phone by transferring it to a http://www.kall8.com/ account and then when I get to whatever country I am in I just go online and forward the Kall8 number to whatever my local cell phone number is. Saves me a lot over the $1.50-3.00/minute charges that a US cell phone roaming charges would be.
