Where in Europe are you going. How long will you be there. Do you have an UNLOCKED GSM phone that will work in Europe? Look at www.prepaidgsm.net for information on the countries you will be going to. It has local and international sim cards. (Information only not for sale) Telestial does have some good information, but if you buy you are buying at a high price. Also look at www.travelinsider.com. look under Road Warrior there is about 8 pages on overseas cell phone use. Hope this helps.
