OneSuite Network Collapse??

I couldn't get into my account today and their 866- support number rings "all circuits busy." The 800- access number says they are still "coming back" and "enter your PIN" but PIN does not work.

Nothing shows up in Google News search or OneSuite website, but a Technorati blog search has postings as late as yesterday talking about a total collapse of the OneSuite network last Friday.

Anybody know anything more???

Onesuite had a message up on their website this weekend about a system failure and replacement parts not being available over the weekend. The message isn't there now.

Just a heads up for everyone who uses Onesuite -- their service should be in working order as of the beginning of this week. I have used them for LD in the past and plan to stay with them, mainly b/c these tech difficulties can happen and I want to keep supporting a company that has generally done good work.

reset?

I can logon to the websuite today, which I couldn't yesterday, but it's not clear to me how to "reset." I clicked a few things, but the telephone still doesn't work.

I've been using pincity for 4+ years now, though infrequently, and haven't had any issues with their service. It might be a good alternative to onesuite if you are getting annoyed with the downtime.

they ae full go now, the glitch was a pain for 3 days but it allseems normal. You have to reset ur password. Good service, i have been using them for years to call to Asia, way better than those cheap phone cards u buy in the stores.

If you have any zip dials set up for other phone numbers, you need to re-enter those too.

a server died, so pin dial didn't work. They were nice and gave me a temp card for 2 hours calling though.

Anyone use their messageone service? It was great .. until it stopped working. Not even worth my time to get them to stop the billing at $1 a month! LOL.

I'm just worried we have another Bigzoo in the making.

It looks like Onesuiteis up and running today but my balance is less than $1.00. I blew about $8 calling Bonaire NA a few weeks ago. Lately I have been using SkypeOut quite successfully. I guess I better recharge it. Any Onesuite deals out there?

They are giving a 10% bonus to those signing up and 15% bonus for recharging. Not bad. And now you can use AMEX through PayPal, which is nice.

Is there any referral bonus for Talkloop?

Same thing happened to me - Message one lost my email address which made it utterly useless!

Hope it's working again. Thanks for the tip. I love FT!
