Pretty much always been alone in the Mac market:

i found route 66 to be amazingly slow and with a really difficult to use interface. but sadly, it is one of the few offerings.
delorme street atlas still works fine in classic and can talk to a gps.
other ones i've heard that are good are gpsy and mac gps pro.
