Post The PostFix program - apparent SPAM block from Tmobile

I was just at one of the ORD RCC's and got a day pass from Tmobile. I was able to do everything perfectly, except for sending emails to one specific address. Im keep on getting the following message (this is attatched to each of the mails that I send to this address):

This is the Postfix program at host mailrelay.t-mobile.com.

I'm sorry to have to inform you that the message returned
below could not be delivered to one or more destinations.

For further assistance, please send mail to <postmaster>

If you do so, please include this problem report. You can
delete your own text from the message returned below.

The Postfix program

<[email protected]>: host mx-2.indo.net.id[202.159.32.92] said: 554 Service
unavailable; [208.54.142.1] blocked using dnsbl.njabl.org, reason: spam
source -- 1077146406 (in reply to RCPT TO command)
Can someone help me work this out...? This email is from a trusted source, so I dont know how this was reported as SPAM. I just recently installed a new anti spam software, maybe I inadvertently reported this person?

Ive now tried to specifically accept emails from this person, and this was accepted by my anti SPAM software, but for some reason the tmobile will still not allow me to send this person emails....

BTW, the anti SPAM software I installed is called Cloudmark / SpamNet.

Thanks!!!

T-mo is rejecting the message because indo.net.id is saying that it thinks that 208.54.142.1 is a spam source because that IP address is listed in the blacklist located at dnsbl.njabl.org

It's not the person that is on the blacklist, it's the entire ISP.

If the ISP is legit and has taken action against spam then they should dissapear off the blacklist in 3-4 days, if they are not fully working on getting rid of their spammers then they will be on it forever...
