So far so good. I've had mine for a couple of weeks and love it, although it's my first foray into the Bluetooth world. I use it with my Blackberry, the only minor complaint is volume, but I can certainly live with it. ^

OK, I just got a Jabra JX10, my first Bluetooth. I can hear the other party great. They can't hear me worth a damn. I get descriptions that "it's breaking up" to "it sounds like you are a PA announcer at a high school football game".
Anyone have any experiences with this model. I had previously read some very postive reviews. Am I doing something wrong? Is this typical with this model? Do I have a bad one?
