iPod Charging Question
Hope this is not too stupid a question, but I don't want to break my new iPod, so here goes:
My husband wants to use the USB connection to download data onto the iPod. As this doesn't allow for charging, he wants to know if he can also plug the fire wire cable in at the same time. (We bought the Apple cable that has an iPod connector on one end, then two wires coming out of it, one to USB and one to fire wire)
Or, could he hook the fire wire end into the charger and plug it into the wall AC?
I hope I am asking this plainly, if not, let me know.
Thanks for your advice & experience!
Kate

iPods don't need to be plugged in. They are automatically charged from the Steve Job's reality distortion field. j/k
That being said, you can plug the other end of the firewire cable into the AC adaptor for charging.
Get thee a mac already. It's better...really.
