There may be other airlines that offer in-seat power but they probably don't use empower or DC.

Then what does US Airways use? They have power at every seat in their Airbus fleet.

I've never seen in-seat power on the United 762s in C or Y. Is it in F?

US doesn't empower on Boeing products, but does empower on every seat on each Airbus that they fly.

Here is the adjusted URL:
http://www.targus.com/notebook_airlinecomp.asp

It does say to call the airline to get the latest info. Since this list has no creation date, I think that is good advise.

Guys... lets also remember that the latest trend seems to be going AC instead of DC. Those DC adapters that most of us run around with are heading towards extinction if you ask me. LH has had AC jacks for as long as I can remember, the new SQ spacebed has empower jacks, but they are AC outlets. I think these AC outlets are a blessing, you just use the regular power supply you already have to carry around anyway...

Yeah, and those AC outlets also fit my microwave, water kettle and popcorn maker...

Shame the lights all start to flicker when I try and heat up dinner

Maybe we should all get laptop transformers that work on 115V 400Hz 3-phase AC? Make life easier for the airlines

You lost me with the 3 phase.... but my laptop transformer works on 110-240 AC, so I should be good to go then...

Good one! oops

Probably because BA don't sell Targus onboard but prefer one of the competitors

Ah well:

BA 747,777 fleet (modified fleet with NEW Club World only, mainly ex.LHR)

Empower in Worldtraveller+, Club World and First.

Please note: the 777 fleet will NOT accept empower to AC converters due to power constraints....
