Multiple "figure 8" from a single cord

If you are hauling around a laptop charger and a multi USB charger then you probably are interested in https://www.ebay.com/itm/IEC-320-C8-...-/321772256894

and also perhaps Conntek 30132 IEC C8 to NEMA 1-15R AV & Laptop Plug Adapter

so that you can plug in an everyday two prongs device as well.

I have been looking for multiple C8 out AC cords for a long time. I frequent all the SE Asia computer/tech malls.

This is a great find, however, I will still use my DIY single AC to 4 X C8.
I made one for US/Canada two blade, UK/HK/SG three blade and one for China angled blades. each C8 out of the "junction box" is about 1 metre making it usable that it can plug into the USB charger and power bricks.
It is not as compact but still takes up less space than 4 C8 - AC cords.

The adapter while compact will have a problem plugging it into more than one or two devices.

BTW It is half that price on Taobao. That seller is also out of SH?

It is often the case that eBay is much more expensive than taobao; however I will not bother with taobao to save money on a five dollar item. I did use Superbuy previously to get stuff in from taobao but for a five buck piece? Meh.

chx1975 - That's a good find. I also like this Y-cable that I use for my USB charger and laptop charger: https://www.ebay.com/itm/IEC-320-C8-...m/262718546289

tentseller - I like your idea of the DIY squid cable but I worry about the TSA (I probably have too much anxiety about it from being profiled in my pre-precheck days). Have they ever even noticed it in your bag?

I have the splice in a small electronic "project box" so it looks quite factory done. I am also very neat with cables packing with circular loops and velcro cable ties.
