Strava - no activity uploading
Annoyingly, I have an issue with Strava which I wonder if anyone else on here has experienced. This is what I sent to Strava support about a month ago but they haven't bothered to reply:
"In the last week, although getting "upload successful" and "results ready", I have no results on either the phone or on my dashboard on the computer. I have logged out and logged back in to no avail, I have clicked "refresh" and still nothing. I can see other people's activity that I am following. I am running Strava 4.15.0, Android 5.1.1 on a Samsung J1 Ace and it was working fine up until a week ago."
I am now running the latest Strava (4.17), have deleted and reinstalled the app, and I have even gone back to a version from about 4 months ago (4.12), but I just cannot get my activities to show despite getting "upload successful" and "results ready".
Has anyone else experienced this or have any suggestions? My fix at the moment is to use Endomondo but a lot of people I know are on Strava because, ironically, I recommended it to them.

Yes, created a new account and that is recording fine. I have downloaded my data from the broken account, and will see if I can restore it to the new one.

So, the fix that Strava came back with eventually was to install Smart GPS Time as there was a GPS time mismatch issue. Or something. Anyway, it is fixed and I am now back on Strava.
