My god that article is terrible. In fact, it's beyond terrible. There is just so much incorrect and mis-information in that article that I couldn't read it all...

i know... that's why I said HIS laptop only has one slot for ssd... maybe if you want to raid a 2.5" SSD with a mSATA ssd?

Found a good deal on a 500 GB Samsung Evo 850 so I will go for that solution.

I was going to try an SSD I have kicking around first but found it was a 9mm thick drive while the Lenovo will only take a 7mm at most.

And no, no 2nd slot. Not even for one of those card-mounted SSDs (it's tight inside that case).
