desperately need help with Tmobile

I've been having trouble with my voicemail for the last 2 months. After multiple call to Tmobile with standard troubleshothing including them resetting my voicemail voicemail without warning me I would lose all my old voice mails! finally discovered that the problem is that tmo is not allowing any other carrier to leave messave, so when tmo tests it seems to work, but when others call they hear the beginning of my message then get cut off!
After a week still not fixed
HELP
should I change to another carrier (then later switch back because I need the international )
try to contact someone in corporate? (I've already spoken to level 3 techs, supervisors, etc )
cry and hit my head against the wall until I'm unconscious and just don't care?

If you're ready to give up on T-Mobile, just let Google Voice handle your voicemail. It's very easy to set up, and free.

I came here, as a TMo and GV user, to suggest just that. ^

^ add me to the list of TMO users that use Google Voice for voice mail. I made the switch 4+ years ago and have been very happy.

That isn't really the point. I need to have one phone that has normal voicemail, gee years ago ago a simple answering machine did it.
TMO I'd the only service that has free international data. I need them to fix it, and if anyone has any insight as to what changed so it doesn't work and/or who to contact at a high level I'd appreciate it.

My other choice is to switch carriers and buy a Sim card in each country, not convenient at all!

T-Mobile Office of the President (aka Executive Response Team)...
(425) 378-4000 when someone answers, ask for either of the above departments

They are VERY good about getting problems solved. You can also tweet or email Art Lucero ([email protected]) who is EVP Executive Response, he will respond and have a senior technical person call you directly.

Sorry you are having trouble with all of this estnet. What phone do you have? Maybe something on the phone is misconfigured.

I have an LG flex (android) and believe me, all the settings have been checked multiple times!
The most frustrating thing is it worked fine for a long time then something unknown happened and I've had 2 months of angst.
