Syncing content (texts/calls) between droid and iOS?

So this may be totally impossible but figured id ask anyway....

I have 2 phones, a personal iPhone and an Android. I use the iPhone 99% of the time but there are times when I want to take the Android phone out with me. My problem is of course that years of using iPhones means that all my texts and contacts are all stored in iCloud/iOS stuff.

Is there some app, some system somewhere, that would allow me to sync my texts back and forth between the phones? Ideally id still use my iPhone most of the time but id like to be able to every so often, forward my iPhone to the Android (still receive texts and calls using my 'main' iPhone number), use the Android for a few days, and then when im done, sync them so all the texting on the Android is reflected on the iPhone as well, and i can go back to using it without any missing data.

Impossible? Or is there something out there that could help.....
