Does anyone have a company they recommend that can unlock a Sprint iPhone 4s? That does not break the bank?

Apologies if someone has mentioned it already, but could you find someone who uses Sprint, ask them to add the phone to their account, call Sprint, unlock it, and then switch back to their other phone?

My partner has Sprint. As I indicated early in the thread, they refused to do it for him.
