Anyone use SilentCircle

Recently made the news cycle when they voluntarily shutdown their email service and destroyed their servers -- https://silentcircle.com/

Has anyone used their other services - voice, sms, video calls? And how are international calls charged - international roaming charges, etc. Or can you avoid roaming costs by using wifi?

Update

Good news: Signed up for family member and myself, painless and easy. Talked with customer support a few times, using their silent voice number and worked like a charm.

Bad news: family member Android phone running old OS, wouldn't always connect properly. So they refunded his annual subscription until he gets a new phone.

Reviving a thread I started last year. Met the founder and CEO at restaurant recently and had a nice chat...after using service for one year, highly recommend to all!

Plus they launched the Blackphone earlier this year...
